Feeling like your flying skills could use a refresher? Veteran pilot, Curt Scott will help you brush off the dust! With 5000+ hours teaching flying and flying in the Northwest, Curt presents a fast-paced dynamic presentation on VFR flying basics, including weather, charts, airport approach, landing, checklists and much more to make you a more confident pilot.

Curt Scott has over 60 years and 5,000 flight hours flying various aircraft. He holds Commercial Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor, Advanced Ground Instructor, and Air Traffic Control ratings. He flew C-130 and T-29D planes in the Air Force and was an instructor pilot for advanced jet training. For ten years, he was part of Green River College's Aviation Department and has taught over 20,000 students through the Aviation Career Education Service. He has owned a Cessna Cardinal (C177B) for 10 years and previously owned a Cessna 150 for 8 years. He worked as an Air Force Air Traffic Controller and Chief of ATC Operations at Holloman AFB and Mountain Home AFB. He is currently a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Washington Pilot’s Association, and West Sound Pilot’s Association.
