Note: Shipping rates include handling fees both directions. Shipments are sent to their facility in PDX and then delivered to your booth space at the event. On return, you attach labeling and they ship from PDX after the Show.
Each booth includes one 8’ draped table, two chairs and access to power. You can order taller tables (or bistro), carpet, displays, AV monitors and a variety of carpet “colors” (with padding) directly from the decorator and it will be assembled/installed in your booth when you arrive.

How to Exhibit:
Select your booth type on the registration page. Standard booth cost is $675 (after JAN 1, $725).
Select preferred booth numbers. TWO exhibitor lanyards included with booth. Additional available for $10 each.

Conference Exhibiting Details
The Showplex exhibit hall is open for booth set up from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM FRI and from 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM SAT. All exhibits must be up by 9:00 AM and remain occupied until 5:30 PM Saturday, FEB 22 2025, and 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM Sunday, FEB 23, 2025. Parking is FREE in the Blue Lot. Tear down is after 4 PM Sunday.
Early dismantling of booth space without written prior consent from WAA may result in penalties or exclusions from following events.
Each booth is 10’ wide by 10’ deep; the back (8’) and sides (3’) are pipe and drape. With the exception of proper “S” hooks (provided by decorator) please do not hang anything from the booth drapery (i.e. staples, tape or pins). Booth will be provided with 110 volts of power. Please bring own extension cord and surge protectors, if needed. Booth includes table (3’ x 8’) with skirting, two folding chairs and two exhibitor badges.
