Attendance is not limited to students – high school or college, rather many of the attendees seeking information, insight and resources were pilots (young and old, aviation graduates and transitioning military.) The 2025 Forum is currently in the planning stages and we welcome input and suggestions from businesses, educational facilities and individuals. The Career Forum offers dedicated sessions for students, career pilots, and aviation mechanics.

With 400+ exhibitors we are fortunate to have access to the wide knowledge base of National industry and government experts. Each year our team designs a unique series of FAA approved seminars spanning both days of the event. Saturday's seminars will allow for the 8 hour refresher requirements.
